FEE SCHEDULE
Labor Arbitration: $1,600.00 per hearing day. A hearing day is any portion of a day up to eight hours. Hearing time beyond eight hours is $200.00 per hour. Time spent on the matter other than hearing time is $200.00 per hour; this includes legal research, review of testimony, exhibits, briefs of the parties as well as ruling on motions and drafting the opinion and award. Travel time outside the hearing, either on the same or on a different day, is charged at $95.00 per hour. If a hearing is postponed or canceled with notice of less than three calendar weeks (21 days) a fee of eight hours’ time at $200.00 per hour is charged if another matter can not be scheduled in its place. The cancellation fee or postponement fee will apply separately to each day which has been reserved for hearing. Actual cost of reasonable expenses is charged, including items such as air fare, car rental, food and lodging. Automobile mileage is charged at IRS rate. Air fare will be charged at the lowest fully refundable fare available for convenient flights at the time of purchase. Cancellation charges of airlines or hotels resulting from hearing days being postponed or cancelled will be charged as incurred. Employment Arbitration & Mediation $400.00 per hour for all preparation, legal research, conference and decision making time, including drafting opinion and award. Hearing/conference days are at an eight hour minimum. If a hearing/conference is postponed or canceled with notice of less than three calendar weeks (21 days), a fee of eight hours time shall be charged if another matter can not be scheduled in its place. Actual cost of reasonable expenses is charged, including items such as air fare, car rental, food and lodging. Automobile mileage is charged at IRS rate. Statements for Fees and Services Statements for Fees and Services are due and payable upon receipt.
