FEE SCHEDULE

Effective January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008

Labor Arbitration:

$800.00 per hearing day. A hearing day is any portion of a day up to eight hours. Hearing time beyond eight hours is $100.00 per hour. Time spent on the matter other than hearing time is $100.00 per hour; this includes review of testimony, exhibits, briefs of the parties as well as ruling on motions and drafting the opinion and award. Travel time outside the hearing, either on the same or on a different day, is charged at $50.00 per hour. If a hearing is postponed or canceled with notice of less than three calendar weeks (21 days) a fee of eight hours time at $100 per hour is charged if another matter can not be scheduled in its place. Actual cost of reasonable expenses is charged, including items such as air fare, car rental, food and lodging. Automobile mileage is charged at IRS rate.

Employment Arbitration & Mediation

$250 per hour for all preparation, conference and decision making time, including drafting opinion and award. Hearing/conference days are at an eight hour minimum. If a hearing/conference is postponed or canceled with notice of less than three calendar weeks (21 days), a fee of eight hours time shall be charged if another matter can not be scheduled in its place. Actual cost of reasonable expenses is charged, including items such as air fare, car rental, food and lodging. Automobile mileage is charged at IRS rate.
