Employment Arbitration and Mediation* 

I offer employment arbitration and mediation services based on many years of litigating and mediating an extensive variety of employment matters.  This experience includes arbitration and jury trials of statutory claims of discrimination, whistle-blowing, privacy, wage and hour violations, and civil rights violations as well as common law claims of contract violations and various torts in the employment context.
