I offer labor arbitration and mediation services in all types of arbitration in the private and public sectors.  I have extensive experience in these areas involving grievance arbitration concerning issues of contract interpretation and discipline as well as interest arbitration and fact finding. 

Employment Arbitration* 

I offer employment arbitration based on many years of litigating and mediating an extensive variety of employment matters.  This experience includes arbitration and jury trials of statutory claims of discrimination, whistle-blowing, privacy, wage and hour violations, and civil rights violations as well as common law claims of contract violations and various torts in the employment context.
